Projects
With over 27 years of experience, Bio-Gas Technologies has the expertise in developing, constructing, and operating Landfill Gas-to-Energy Systems throughout the world. Our systems have allowed us to become long-term partners with landfill owners and operators and others looking to reduce their carbon footprints while achieving sustainability goals.
Landfill Gas-to-Energy Systems
Bio-Gas Technologies designed, built, and installed systems for:
- Vermont Energy Recovery
- KMS Energy Systems
- City of Keene, New Hampshire
- Dane County, Wisconsin
- Verona Landfill Burlington, Vermont
- South Barrington, Illinois

Coal Mine Methane
In 2007, Bio-Gas Technologies completed a 3.7 Mw gas-to-energy system in West Terre Haute, Indiana using a versatile module system.
Power Stations
Through partnerships, we have designed, built, and installed power stations internationally. Some of our projects were completed in:
- Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
- Hail, Saudi Arabia
- Trelawny Parish, Jamaica
Working Together
With landfill gas-to-energy projects, Bio-Gas Technologies seeks a beneficial partnership with all parties involved. We typically partner with the following:
- Facility Managers: Generate a steady supply of low-cost renewable energy that can power and heat much of their facility
- Landfill Operators: Safely and efficiently remove waste in a clean manner and gain additional revenue streams from landfill operations
- Local Government and Community: Reducing smog and landfill order while generating revenue through methane gas sales
- Local Utilities: Purchase wholesale energy from the plant
